Deltawood Community Association rests in an area of 41 quaint homes surrounded by old growth trees and local wildlife. Just 5 minutes away we are close to bus, stores, movie theater, restaurants, parks, boating and freeway. Deltawood was awarded the 2011 Community Association of the year for Building A Better Community, presented by the Community Association Institute-Oregon Chapter.
